The class typically includes warm-ups, drills, live sparring, and conditioning exercises. It focuses on building strength, agility, discipline, and strategic thinking, making it suitable for beginners and advanced athletes alike.

Jiu-Jitsu

No GII BJJ

Our no-Gi BJJ class is a form of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training where students grapple without wearing the traditional gi (kimono). The focus is on grappling techniques, including takedowns, control positions, escapes, and submissions—all without relying on clothing grips.
